I felt the need to start with Stef Sanjati Scottish Grandmothers Spread that she showed on her YouTube channel. There are no designated positional meanings to the spread that she spoke of.
To give it a title, I have called it the Stef Grandmother Spread

In the picture posted of this spread you will see that I have placed the 7 of Hearts and the 7 of Diamonds on top of the two 9’s. The reason again for this is that the Romanian Spread uses the 7’s instead of the 9’s that the 3 other methods use.

Here is how to do the spread:
The method is to shuffle the cards while asking your question. When ready, hold the deck in your hand and count out 7 cards. The 7th card is what you place down on the table. Discard the first 6 and then count out 7 cards and place the 7th card next to your first card. Discard those 6 cards and then again count 7 cards out. Place this card next to the last. Discard those 6 cards and now you will be left with 3 cards. Place the 3rd card on the table. You should now see 4 cards lying face up on your table.
Pick the pack up and shuffle again holding your question in mind. When ready stop and count out 7 cards. Place the 7th card on the table below the first line. Then discard the other 6 cards. Count 7 again and then place that card on the table. You will now be left with 6 cards. Place the 6th card next to the others. You will now have a line of 3 cards.
Pick the pack up and shuffle again holding your question in mind. When ready stop and count out 7 cards. Place the 7th card on the table below the second line. Then discard the other 6 cards down. Count 7 again and then place that card on the table after discarding those 6 cards before it. You will now be left with 3 cards. Place the 3rd card next to the others. Now you will have a 3rd line of 3 cards.

As part of my practice in learning how to read the spread using the 4 different methods I will offer my interpretation. It might not be correct but I hope in time I will be able to perfect it.
To save time I will use the following: B = (Bulgarian), P = (Polish), R = (Romanian), and S = (Scottish)

Significator card: King of Hearts as I am a man with hazel eyes.
Question: Will I find love?
